Elmont man among three busted with kilo of coke

Massachusetts state police reported the arrest of three men who were traveling in a stolen vehicle with more than 1 kilo of cocaine on May 12. Thirty-year-old Carl Francois, of Elmont, was traveling with two other men on Route 84 when they were stopped by state troopers who recognized the stolen car.
An investigation and search of the vehicle found 1,050 grams of cocaine. The men were placed under arrest and transported to Sturbridge, where they were booked. All three men were charged with trafficking cocaine, receiving a stolen motor vehicle and possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute. Their bail was set at $10,000.
