A small step to improve this formerly segregated school district...

biggest mistake ever made in a school district. adding new wings to buildings that are falling apart? really? good luck figuring that one out when half the buildings are falling down and half are brand new, about 5-10 years down the road. to think they could have built a brand- new state of the art school!
