At press time, Merokean Noah Rubin was competing in the Junior Davis Cup, representing the U.S. Tennis Association in Barcelona, Spain, from Sept. 25 to 30. In his singles match against Brazil, Rubin triumphed in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3. more
