Born with cerebral palsy, North Bellmorite Brian Arnold received his first service dog from Canine Companions for Independence when he was 19 and his second, Ozzie, at right, at age 31. Arnold lives with his parents, Bill and Louise, pictured here at a Canine Companions training facility in Medford, in Suffolk County.
