Dina Lohan, 51, of North Merrick, was sentenced by Nassau District Court Judge Andrew Engel on Tuesday to a conditional discharge, 100 hours of community service, driver’s license revocation, installation of an interlock device for one year, participation in a Drinking Driver Program and Victims Impact Panel, a fine of $2,600 and a $483 surcharge.

Lohan, mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, was pulled over on Sept. 12, 2013, at 11 p.m. by the New York State Police after traveling at 77 miles per hour in a 55 mph speed zone along the Northern State Parkway in Oyster Bay. Police arrested her later that night for speeding and for intoxication.

Assistant District Attorney Brendan Ahern, deputy chief of the District Court Bureau, prosecuted the case. Lohan was represented by attorney Mark Heller.
