Overcast Woman reportedly hit by two cars in Merrick

Two cars reportedly hit a woman who was walking on Bayview Avenue in Merrick Sunday afternoon. She suffered minor injuries, police said.

A woman, whom Nassau County police did not identify, was struck while walking on Bayview Avenue in Merrick around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 13, according to officials.
The woman suffered only minor injuries and was transported by police ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment, a police spokesman said. Officials offered no further details.
Reportedly, the woman was hit by two cars.
