Good news for hungry folks, Cheffy [Larry] and Lisa DeRoche looked in Queens, Brooklyn and even Baldwin but chose Oceanside for the location of their new restaurant, Cheffy’s Corner Cuisine. Executive Chef “Cheffy” has a degree from the New York Institute of Technology, and has worked for corporations, hotels, even the National Basketball Association. Asked why they chose Oceanside, Lisa said it was location, location, location!
