Oceanside School Superintendent Dr. Phyllis Harrington was chosen as a 2016 Nassau BOCES Education Partner Award recipient. The award honors those who are committed to providing the best possible education to learners of all ages and abilities. According to BOCES “these individuals and organizations personified the spirit of educational partnerships and/or demonstrated measurable impact on public education in Nassau County.”
