This 2-party system bull is ruining this country and our county. Our legislators, both national and local, have their party's interests in mind;' NOT THEIR CONSTITUENTS. Here in Nassau, we do not have the luxury for this political play - we have too many REAL concerns and problems that need to be addressed. Peter Schmitt is a fat, lazy, politically-motivated hack wasting tons of taxpayer money on this political nonsense. He needs to be relieved of his cushy office job as legislator and be given a chance to "grace" the private sector with his resume and skill-set. Nassau has had enough.
