It's so amazing to see you bring in people with good track records, as opposed to being your in-laws.

One criticism...Ernon. Really? You brought aboard a guy using the words 'Ernon' and 'financial' in the same breath.

Oh, lastly, keep an eye on the lifeguards. It's called 'Dope Crew' for a reason. It doesn't take 3 months to remove 24 chairs and 48 ropes from 3 miles of beach.
