The board went to far in thinking that the residents of Baldwin would accept a 7% increase in school taxes and 6% for the next 4 years. Over 300 teachers and administrators make well over $100,000.00 a year plus benefits while the average homeowner makes about half that. Redundant positions , high salaries and poor management is to blame when they take student programs away, not the taxpayer who sees an increase every year.
