Parents should become very familiar with common core and once you see how this works you should strongly ask your Board Of Education to opt out of it. The amount of testing and strain in puts on your children and the educators who are made to teach this well intended but most misguided way of learning is unpresidented ! please don't take my word for it check out the ground swell that is building around the country and here in New York State it's all over the Internet , then make your own conclusion if this is right for your children.
