There's no surprise here. This was already determined but Cuomo needed a political "boost" to aid his failing agenda. The State is going to Hades and so is NYC. DeBlasio felt sooo confident that he made his plans to travel abroad without any concern for the MTA strike? The only reason one would do that is because they knew the outcome in advance. So in come Mighty Mouse Andrew and saves the day. Yawn, yawn.....pre-planned, staged event. Nothing new here. More political theatre.
