Report Inappropriate Comments

Ms. Rice received another letter asking for an explanation for her apparent corruption as a Moreland Commissioner.

This was from the Blackstar News, which had written an article exposing tampering with a witness and tampering with evidence by members of the Moreland Commission.

The letter asked Ms. Rice if there was an alternate explanation behind the tampering, other than the criminal intent to illegally protect allies of Cuomo and the Commissioners from investigation.

Ms. Rice refusal to answer that letter speaks volumes.
