While the president’s home is closed for renovation, there’s much happening around the grounds of the estate, including entertainment, old fashioned games and crafts, interactive farm demonstrations, exhibits, and a farm animal petting area. Also, enjoy the beauty of the season, on a guided walk with National Park Service rangers, exploreing the trails surrounding Sagamore Hill.
And, as always, President Roosevelt, portrayed by James Foote, stops by to chat with visitors throughout the day. Bring a picnic or sample the traditional American fare available for purchse.
