Approximately 200 customers attended a fundraiser at RVC Lanes in support of the Long Beach City School District on Jan. 21.

According to a press release from the Long Beach City School District Disaster Relief Fund, rebuilding costs for the district are expected to be in the millions of dollars, even after insurance, FEMA and New York state reimbursements.

For a $10 minimum donation, the fundraiser included two hours of bowling, free use of bowling shoes and prizes, as well as a 50/50 raffle.
