Arrest

A resident of Circle Drive S., East Patchogue was arrested on Dec. 11 for an open bench warrant and VTL violations after an investigation at the intersection of Sunrise Highway and Yorktown Street, Rockville Centre.

Burglaries

A resident of Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 13 that someone entered his home through an unlocked basement window and stole an iPhone, valued at $600, and a Dell laptop computer, valued at $1,271.

A resident of Broadway, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 16 that someone entered his home through a secured second floor window and stole jewelry, valued at $400, and two BB guns, valued at $100.

Larcenies

A resident of Vassar Place, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 11 that someone stole a NYS registration and insurance card from her car while it was parked in her driveway.

A resident of DeMott Avenue, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 11 that three people entered his 2008 Volvo and stole three bicycles from a detached garage at his residence.

A resident of Broadway, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 11 that someone stole assorted presents, two men’s suits and two portable DVD players from her 2003 Chevrolet while it was parked in the driveway.

A resident of Ossipee Road, Lakeview reported on Dec. 12 that someone stole his wallet, containing $80, from a locker at Bally’s, located at 60 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre. A resident of S. Ocean Avenue, Freeport reported the same day that someone stole his iPhone, valued at $700, from a locker at Bally’s.

An employee of Look Twice Clothing, located at 21 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 13 that two people purchased $6,104.73 in merchandise with a stolen credit card.

An employee of the CVS located at 598 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre reported on Dec. 15 that a man and a woman stole 15 packs of cigarettes, valued at $150, from the store without authorization.

A resident of Willow Street, Central Islip reported on Dec. 16 that someone damaged a rear passenger-side window of her 2007 Hyundai and stole a NYS registration and insurance card while parked at Mercy Medical Center.
