Arrests

A resident of Clayton Avenue, East Atlantic Beach, was arrested on Nov. 12 for an open warrant from Clearwater, Florida. Police arrested him after an investigation at the intersection of Grand Avenue and N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.

A resident of Ryder Avenue, East Rockaway, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with theft of services and resisting arrest after an investigation on N. Park Avenue.

A resident of Locust Avenue, Rockville Centre, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated after an investigation at Municipal Parking Field 16.

Forgery

A physician from 2000 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre, reported on Nov. 13 that someone attempted to pass a forged prescription for oxycodone at County Line Pharmacy, located on Route 110, Farmingdale, without authorization.

Larcenies

The manager of Karp Auto, 372-400 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, reported on Nov. 13 that someone stole eight catalytic converters, valued at $8,000, from eight different vehicles parked in the dealership’s lot.

On Nov. 13, a resident of Atkinson Road reported that someone stole an iPhone, valued at $200, from her daughter’s pocketbook while at South Side Middle School.

The manager of CVS Pharmacy, 155 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre reported on Nov. 14 that someone stole eight packages of Rogaine, valued at $363.92, and fled northbound on Banks Avenue in a silver car with a second person driving.

A resident of Uniondale reported on Nov. 16 that someone stole his South Carolina vehicle registration plate from his car while it was parked at Mercy Medical Center.

On Nov. 17, the manager of Lexus of Rockville Centre, located at 700 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole a New York State dealer vehicle registration plate from a car while it was parked in front of the business.

Village Code Violations

A resident of Rockville Centre, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 22 charging him with urinating in public.

A resident of Baldwin, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 25 charging him with public urination.
