Born in Lima, Peru, Flora Allen arrived in the United States more than thirty years ago to pursue a better life for herself and her two daughters. Always artistically inclined Flora’s true potential is now being realized following her enrollment seven years ago in her first formal art class. She has not stopped painting since, and continues to explore all mediums from oils to watercolors and acrylics.
