The four-session programs will be conducted in January on Tuesday afternoons from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and in February on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The program is most often covered by medicare, medicaid and private insurance. Women in International Sports On Jan. 8, the Fortnightly Club of Rockville Centre's Forum Chairpersons Camille Altman and Marge Becht will present Tanya Adamovich, who will discuss Women in International Sports. The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. at St. Mark's Methodist Church on Hempstead Avenue. Visitors welcome. Congratulations to Emily Van Dusen on receiving her 25-year membership silver tray. Little League Spring Registration The Rockville Centre Little League will hold three in-person registration days for new players at the Anderson Recreation Center at 111 Oceanside Road. The registration days will take place on: Jan. 5, from 9:30 a.m. to noon; Jan. 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Jan. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. New registrants must bring an original birth certificate and proof of residence (tax bill, utility bill, etc). Returning players can register online at rvclittleleague.com. Singles Concert Dale & Steve’s South Shore Singles presents Tommy Sullivan of the ‘original’ Brooklyn Bridge. Join the Long Island Music Hall of Famer for an evening of great music on Thursday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m. at the Oceanside Jewish Center, 2860 Brower Ave., Oceanside. Fee is $20 (for members it’s $18).
