District 13 kindergarten registration to take place

Kindergarten registration for children who are legal residents of District 13 and will be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2015 will take place on Thursday, February 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the James A. Dever School at 585 N. Corona Avenue.

The following documents are required at the time of registration:

• An original birth certificate with raised seal.

• Proofs of residence, including a deed and mortgage or tax bill for homeowners, or a lease or rental agreement and two bills for renters.

• Parent photo identification.

• Child’s immunization record, stamped by a doctor.

Registration packets must be completed prior to registration. Packets can be picked up at the main office of residents’ home school prior to registration. For packet information, call any of the following numbers:
