Four suspects wanted in strong-arm robbery

Three male suspects are wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on Feb. 7 in a parking lot on Roosevelt Ave., according to Nassau County Police.

A 22-year-old man was walking through the parking lot at 5:45 p.m. when he was approached by three males, police said. Two of the suspects held the victim while a third searched through his pockets and removed an undisclosed amount of cash.

They reportedly got into in a dark-colored, two-door Volkswagen Cabrio sedan operated by a fourth subject and fled northbound on South Franklin Avenue. The victim was not injured.

The first two suspects are described as black, 5-foot-9, in their late teens and wearing jeans. The third is described as black and had facial hair on his chin, was wearing a black Nike cap with a green swoosh emblem, a dark pullover and black pants. No description of the driver was available.
