Honoring 50 years of dedication

A celebration was held on Feb. 11 to honor Franklin Square-Munson Fire Department past chief Roger Albergo’s 50 years of service to the department.

The event took place at the F.S.-Munson firehouse in Franklin Square, and was attended by dozens of locals residents, including Assemblyman Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square), the department’s past chief Lou Collins, Chief Chris Gioia, Nassua County Legislator Carrié Solages and past chief Roger Albergo, Commissioner Denis Lyons.
