Rockville Centre realtor collaborates with three residential brokerage firms

Family-owned and operated Coach Realtors, with offices in Rockville Centre and Malverne, has joined forces with three other top residential brokerage firms to share exclusive property listings online. The websites offer resources including community profiles, property videos and tips for navigating the current market.

The Tri-State Alliance includes Houlihan Lawrence serving Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York, Halstead Property serving New York City, the Hamptons and Columbia County in New York, Fairfield County in Connecticut and Hudson and Essex counties in New Jersey and Turpin Realtors servicing Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, Essex and Union counties in New Jersey.

“Months of planning and collaboration went into making this happen, each brokerage, technical and marketing department worked closely toward a single goal,” said Georgianna Finn, owner of Coach Realtors, which has 18 offices and more than 650 sales associates serving Nassau and Suffolk counties.

The Tri-State Alliance was formed to streamline the home buying and selling experience in the metropolitan area. It brings together 68 office locations, more than 2,900 sales agents and nearly 8,000 exclusive listings.
