Man robs Valley Stream Rite Aid

Nassau County Police are searching for a man who robbed Rite Aid Pharmacy on West Merrick Road in Valley Steam at 12:35 a.m. on Dec. 7 and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect, who was wearing a black jacket and black ski mask with a white design on the side, entered the store and approached an 18-year-old employee. The suspect demanded to be taken to the safe and punched the employee. The employee complied and the suspect fled in an unknown direction after punching and kicking the employee several more times.

There were two other store employees and two customers in the store at the time of the incident who did not witness the crime. No injuries were reported.
