NUMC docs lead pediatric workshops

Last Saturday Dr. Jack Levine, Dr. Renee Bargman and Dr. David Fagan, physicians from NUMC’s department of pediatrics, conducted a 90-minute workshop at the 2011 Long Island Infant Toddler Resource Center Annual Conference. The conference was held at Suffolk Community College as a joint effort of the Child Care Council of Nassau County and the Child Care Council of Suffolk County.
The workshop included presentations about pediatric obesity, identifying developmental delays in infants and a discussion of childhood immunizations. Over 75 licensed early childhood professionals attended the workshop.
