Mostly Cloudy Woman robbed at gunpoint in mall parking lot

A man with a gun robbed a woman in the Macy’s parking lot at the Green Acres Mall on Thursday, according to Nassau County police.
The man approached the 60-year-old victim and told her to remove her rings and hand them over. She complied, police said, and the man fled on foot in an unknown direction. She was not injured.
The man was described as tall and black with a light complexion and a thin build. No further description was provided.
