Mondjeska Domage, 15, of Elmont, has been missing from her home since Sept. 22 at 6 p.m.

Nassau Police and the Missing Persons Squad are investigating a missing teen who disappeared on Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. in Elmont.

According to detectives, Mondjeska Domage, 15, was last seen last Friday at her Elmont home. She is described as being 5'3" tall and 110 pounds. Clothing description is unknown at this time.

Detectives request anyone with information as to the whereabouts of the above missing to contact Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
