The Hewlett-Woodmere Business Association partnered with Ted Eid and Tee Pee Sign Services in Hempstead to install American flags along Broadway in Hewlett and Woodmere on May 17.
The work was made easier with the help of Deputy Inspector Danny Gluck, the commanding officer of the volunteer county auxiliary police, Fourth Precinct — South unit that patrols the Five Towns, and his officer Neil Berman.
