Freeport woman with cognitive disorder has been missing since Tuesday, police said. Djumey Chardonnette, 18, stands at 5 foot-2 and weighs 145 pounds. Police said she was last seen leaving her home in Freeport at 5:40 p.m.
Chardonnette is described as a "vulnerable adult" and needing medication. Her probable destination is unknown.
