Seaford, Wantagh, Levittown schools announce make-up days

Sorry kids, your March snow days are going to cut into your spring or summer breaks.

The Wantagh, Levittown and Seaford school districts announced their make-up days after the March 21 nor’easter put the districts over their snow day cap for the 2018-19 school year.

The Seaford School District schools will be open on April 5 and April 6, meaning that the spring recess period will only run from March 29 to April 4.

Levittown schools will have classes on May 25 and May 29, which were already marked as make-up days on the school’s calendar.

For the Wantagh School District schools, class will be in session on March 29 and May 25, and the elementary schools will have a full day of classes on June 20.
