American Legion Post 854 hosted a Flag Day ceremony on June 14 outside of its headquarters on Roosevelt Avenue. Unserviceable flags were burned, which is the proper way to dispose of old and tattered American flags. Local Girl Scouts joined veterans in the ceremony. more
