Valley Stream scout builds dog park shelter

A group of volunteers braved the cold weather last Saturday to finish off a gazebo at the new Valley Stream dog park, near Village Hall. The 8-foot by 8-foot shelter is Boy Scout Jack Clifford’s community service project for his Eagle rank. more

Valley Stream dog park taking shape

Though Valley Stream’s dog park is still likely a few months from opening, the facility is starting to take shape along a grassy strip by Village Hall. Though some had hopes for a fall opening, it now looks like the park’s debut will be in the spring. more
