Nassau County Police said that there were no major injuries sustained as a result of the crash.

One person was taken to the hospital after a motorcycle crash that occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on West Merrick Road near King Kullen in Valley Stream, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Police did not say what caused the crash, which is still under investigation.
