Police search for men who robbed T-Mobile store

Nassau County police are looking for two men who they said robbed the T-Mobile store, at 116 Rockaway Ave., on Thursday at 1:53 p.m.

According to police, the men entered the store, ordered a 35-year-old male employee to the back of the store and threatened to use a gun as they had him lay face down. They did not display any weapon, police said.

The men then took an undisclosed number of cell phones and fled out the rear door, and were last seen entering a white four-door sedan that fled west on West Fairview Avenue and turned south on Corona Avenue.

No injuries were reported.

The first subject was described as black and in his twenties, between 5-feet-8 and six feet tall and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, dark sneakers, a black mask, black glasses and a hat with a red brim.

The second subject was described as black and in his twenties, between 5-feet-8 and six feet tall and wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans, black and red sneakers, a black mask and black glasses.
