uA Queens man was arrested last week in the 2012 shooting death of a Central High School graduate, according to the New York Police Department.

Lamell Ford, 33, was charged with second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting death of Euton Christian, 22, who graduated from Central High School in 2009.

Police said Christian was hit in the torso after an argument between two groups of people on a Queens street erupted in gunfire shortly after 11 p.m. on June 13, 2012. Officers and emergency responders answered a 911 call of a male shot at 156 Street and 111 Avenue and transported Christian to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He had been traveling with his younger brother when they stopped in Queens. They were not involved in the dispute.
