Gov. Andrew Cuomo last week signed into law the Green Light Bill allowing undocumented immigrants to obtain New York state driver’s licenses. The State Assembly and Senate approved the measure in June. New York joins 12 other states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico in passing such legislation. more
