Hard on the West Hempstead Long Island Rail Road station, renters will only have to walk out of their building and around the corner to access the commuter line.

The four-story building also includes underground parking for tenants.

On May 12, 2011, Murray led the cheer’s emanating from a large crowd at the wrecking ball took aim at the Courtesy Hotel. Published reports said that the crowd cheered every time the wrecking ball hit the building until the former hotel was flattened.

Today, Murray says he is cheered by what she sees at the site.
