Cub Scouts From Valley Stream Packs 109 and 367 raced cars at the Slots-A-Lot Raceway in Franklin Square on Jan. 19 with the help of Boy Scouts from Troop 109.

The Village of East Rockaway had two tree lightings -- one at Village Hall, and the other on Main Street at Veterans Plaza.
