A second student participating in H. Frank Carey’s hybrid learning program has tested positive for the coronavirus, Superintendent James Grossane announced on Sept. 29, four days after writing that another student in Carey’s hybrid program had tested positive.

This new student has been in quarantine, and will not be allowed to return to the building until completing the required quarantine period.

Additionally, Grossane said, the Department of Health has confirmed that there was no possible exposure to other students, and no additional action is necessary.
