Bring your friends to the East Meadow Public Library at 7 p.m. to decorate a jumbo cookie to look like the cover of your favorite book. The program will take place in the Main Lobby of the library.

Country in the Park

Are you a fan of 2010s country music? Bring your friends to Eisenhower Park on August 16 at 8 p.m. for a night dedicated to the genre and a concert at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre. See performances by Morgan Evans and Hunter Hayes.

Pajama Time

Children from three to six year olds are invited to this East Meadow Public Library program hosted at the East Meadow Jewish Center, at 1400 Prospect Ave., on August 19 at 7 p.m. Guests will wear their pajamas and listen to bedtime stories with Dara Linthwaite. Don’t forget to bring your favorite stuffed toy. Birthdate must be from 8/14 to 2/16.
