Live Clapton Outdoor Concert Experience Show

The Bell Bottom Blues will be hosting the live Eric Clapton Experience at Senator Speno Memorial Park in East Meadow on Thursday August 8, at 8 p.m. Come down with family for a fun night.

Mosaics of the Sky with Felicia

The mosaic class with Felicia was such a big hit at the East Meadow Public Library, they invited her back for a program on August 13 at 1 p.m. at the East Meadow Jewish Center at 1400 Prospect Ave. in East Meadow. She will talk all about the sky, space and the moon landing and guests will create their own masterpieces. There is a $5 materials fee. Explore the Night Sky Planetarium Show

Planetarians from around the country will be at the Cradle of Aviation for the Live Interactive Planetarium Symposium. Explore the night sky with guides attending the Symposium. There is more going on in your night sky than you might think. There are constellations, meteors, satellites, planets and more! Join the East Meadow Public Library staff for this extraordinary experience. There will be three sessions: August 14 for children in pre-k through those entering fifth grade, August 15 for young adults entering sixth-grade through twelfth-grade and August 16 is for adults. All shows begin at 1 p.m.
