Two men allegedly robbed Credit Reset Inc., located at 63 Hempstead Tpke. in Franklin Square, on May 20.
The two men, who allegedly fled eastbound on Hempstead and were armed with a black handgun, stole a Rolex, backpack with credit cards, and a necklace.
One shot was fired during the robbery, but no injuries were reported.
