Along Broadway in Hewlett and Woodmere with Arts Below Sunrise

Arts Below Sunrise included many local organizations, including Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts from Troop and Pack 20 and their families that sold popcorn during the fair and also raised money for disaster relief through the BSA Emergency Assistant Fund.

The Hewlett fire truck was the main attraction for Yonah Galler, 5, who got a tour of the inside and outside of the apparatus.
Hewlett High School students performed at the festival. Reagan Rewner, of Woodmere, played her version of ‘Young Volcanoes’ on the ukulele.
The Hewlett Woodmere Business Association table was staffed by from left, Linda Kreisman, David Friedman, Izzy Diglio, Kailey Kshonz and Mitchell Shemtov.
Artists, dancers, crafts, custom cars, demonstrations, a doggie costume contest, an egg drop contest, food, live music, robots and vendors dotted Broadway between Irving Place in Woodmere to the library in Hewlett during the eighth annual Arts Below Sunrise festival on Sept. 22.
