Dan Johannessen, who runs the Nassau County Police Department Explorers Program, dropped in his raffle tickets during the eighth annual Arts Below Sunrise festival on Sept. 22, and one of his tickets was picked to win a bicycle from South Shore Cycle & Fitness. The bike was presented to Johannessen and his daughter, Lilianna, by South Shore Cycle & Fitness owner Justin Fuchs, Hewlett-Woodmere Business Association President David Friedman and Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools Endowment Fund Chairman John Roblin on Oct. 30.
