Under the guidance of Chris Morales, the head tennis pro at the Village of Lawrence owned Lawrence Yacht & Country Club, tennis lessons for children teenagers and adults will be offered on Mondays.

Junior clinics are for young people from 5 to 17. The minimum number needed is four. If  there is not enough players the clinic will be canceled. 5 to 6 p.m.: 5 to 10; 6 to 7 p.m. 11 to 14; and 7 to 8 p.m. 15 to 17.

What is being called the adult zone takes place from 8 to 9:30 p.m. for 18 to 75 and older. There is expected to be 30-minute drills followed by one hour games for players at the 3.0 playing level and above. No beginners or advanced beginners. If there is enough interest a beginner/advanced beginner clinic will be organized.

Morales said that if a person is unclear on their playing level you can email him at  chrismoraleslycc@gmail.com.

Using the kourtsapp players can reserve their spot. All zone clinic activities are on the night light courts 4, 5 and 6. Every Sunday 6 p.m., the clinic times will be released on the kourtsapp.

Closely monitor your kourtsapp and emails for any court updates. It is strongly advised; everyone must wear a face mask upon arrival and departing the tennis courts. If anyone needs a tennis racket, we will provide them. Social distancing is observed.

Nonmembers must come to tennis Sunday afternoon to register between 1 to 4 p.m.
