After three days out of the Frost Avenue building in Lawrence, Rambam Mesivta High School students have returned to in-person learning.

"Back in school, " said Rabbi  Zev Meir Friedman, Rambam's dean. "Any staff member or student that is not feeling well or is required to quarantine are able to Zoom in."

On Dec. 27, school officials sent out a letter to parents informing them that the yeshiva high school for boys in Lawrence was going fully remote through Dec. 29 as an uptick in Covid cases and the flu found more than 75 percent of the students doing school by Zoom as of Dec. 23.

Officials said that Zoom attendance wasmandatory for those days and an update on the situation was sent out Wednesday night. "We all hope tht Covid and the flu passes, and we want to be very careful when it comes to the health of our students and staff," Friedman said.
