Carolina Diana Giraldo Franco, 29, of 108th Street, Queens, was arrested for alleged attempted burglary in Elmont Monday morning alongside four other individuals. She is charged with attempted burglary, possession of burglars’ tools, criminal tampering and attempted conspiracy and is due back in Hempstead First District Court on Jan. 30.
