A Seaford man was arrested Thursday evening after police say he shouted threats and obscenities at children during a sporting event at Seaford Harbor Elementary School.
Officers responded to the school on Bayview Avenue around 6:10 p.m. following reports of a disturbance. According to Nassau County police, Michael Marron, 66, of Island Channel Road, allegedly yelled terroristic threats and used obscene language, placing children in fear for their safety.
Marron was arrested at his home following an investigation and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and making terroristic threats. He was scheduled for arraignment Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
