SUV overturned in Freeport

Freeport police responded on Saturday morning, Jan. 22, when called to a collision between a tow truck, left, and an SUV, which flipped onto one side.

Two were injured in the collision that flipped an SUV onto its driver's side.

An SUV collided with a Broadway Towing tow truck at Brooklyn Avenue and N. Main Street in Freeport on Saturday, Jan. 22, between 9 and 10 a.m.

Two people were injured. The investigation of the accident is ongoing. Updates will follow.
